Conference Fee

The registration fee includes an information package, lunch, refreshments during the breaks and the evening events. The student fee (maximum age of 25 years with valid student ID) includes an information package, lunch and refreshments during the breaks, not the evening events. Finally the fee for accompanying persons covers the evening events only.

The organisers reserve the right to cancel tutorials and trainings if too less participants are signing up!

Terms & Conditions for Registration and Exhibition Space

Only written cancellations will be accepted. 50 % of the paid registration fee will be refunded for cancellations received until October 8, 2010. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date. Name changes are allowed at any time and will be charged with handling costs for € 30,- per change. Cancellation or reduction of exhibition space is not possible and will be charged according your booking.

The organiser reserves the right to reject registration when it is in the interest of the conference!
