Green Electronics 2011
The International CARE Electronics Office is pleased to announce the Green Electronics 2011 workshop on Resource Efficiency in the Electric and Electronics Industry. It will take place from November 8 - 10, 2011 in Bucharest, Romania, the second largest market in Eastern Europe.

Hardly one day passes where we cannot read about that future shortages of several resources (e.g. export bans of rare earth materials, record prices for several metals, …). Last year the European Commission has identified a list of 14 economically important raw materials which are subject to a higher risk of supply interruption. But how can industry respond to this threat and secure its future business?
Please visit the Green Electronics 2011 website for the Invitation Brochure including the Preliminary Program, the Sponsoring Packages, Registration and Hotel Booking as well as for further information.
Going Green – CARE INNOVATION 2010
The 5th Going Green – CARE INNOVATION 2010 conference took place from November 8-11, 2010 in the Schoenbrunn Palace Conference Center in Vienna, Austria.
We are proudly looking back on the most successful conference we have ever organised in Vienna.
With a wide range of experts from industry (again more than 60%), academia, NGOs and policy the Going Green – CARE INNOVATION 2010 conference gave valuable insights how the electronics industry, science and policy approach the global challenges of sustainability and climate change. Legislative actions, higher efficiency, less resource consumption, new approaches towards sustainable development and reuse were other key topics.
Thank you for your continuing interest and support and see you at Going Green – CARE INNOVATION 2014 in Vienna!
