Bauserve is a logistics company in the building industry. It assists builders and general contractors with the planning and operation of all matters of supply and waste disposal through to building inspection. This lightens the workload to allow them to focus on the main process of "construction".

Bauserve originated in the experience gained from a major Berlin construction project, the Neues Kranzlereck. The fusing of construction expertise and the logistic experience of other sectors made possible the development of an innovative services company. Fundamental logistic processes were adapted to the requirements of construction, tried out in practice and forged into standard procedure. The system can be integrated without difficulty in practically every construction project, the important point being to decide on the system at an early stage and set out the conditions binding on all subcontracted firms before they are commissioned.

Bauserve sees its own role as a partner and a management assistant of builder-owners and prime contractors. To fulfill that role bauserve has to be totally responsible in all respects, from the planning to the offer and the execution. Consequently their experienced site managers, burnishers and subcontractors are highly versed in all work processes. They are the foundation stones of bauserve system competence, the guarantors of top-grade productivity. The high demands made on ambitious building projects, short construction times, low construction costs and the fragmented structure of the subcontracted companies- all these together necessitate restructured organization and reorganized processes. The approach to the waste disposal process is the same as for the supply process: to make it as productive and cost-effective as possible. Since 2005 waste disposal costs on construction sites have been raised more than 100% by the new Technical Instructions for Housing Estate Waste (TASi) whereby 75% of the full costs of waste disposal is accounted for by waste transport and only 25% by waste treatment.
